2. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.

• The balance payment must be made as per the agreed schedule before the tour departure.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

• Prices are subject to change based on fluctuations in transportation, accommodation, or other external factors.

• The package cost generally includes accommodation, transportation, meals as per the itinerary, and sightseeing as mentioned.

• Personal expenses, optional activities, and additional services are not included unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.

• Cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • 30+ days before departure: 10% of the total package cost.

  • 15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost.

  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total package cost (no refund).

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days.

5. Changes & Amendments

• Any changes to the itinerary requested by the customer after booking may be subject to additional charges.

• Vibha Tours LLP reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or operational reasons.

6. Travel Documents & Responsibility

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid identification, passports, visas, and other required travel documents.

• Vibha Tours LLP is not liable for any loss of documents or failure to obtain necessary travel permissions.

7. Liability & Travel Insurance

• Vibha Tours LLP is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• Travelers are advised to purchase travel insurance for coverage against medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and loss of baggage.

8. Code of Conduct

• Travelers are expected to maintain appropriate behavior throughout the trip.

• Any misconduct leading to inconvenience or harm to fellow travelers or property may result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.

9. Force Majeure

• Vibha Tours LLP shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or alterations due to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

• Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mysuru, Karnataka courts.

• Any legal proceedings must be initiated within 30 days of the end of the trip.
